Vice  Chairman of Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) North  Sumatra Jonner Napitupulu asserted, will participate in several major  construction projects in the province as an integrated economic  development in the district of Deli Serdang.
"The  participation of members of Kadin Indonesia Sumatra is a commitment to  contribute to the development in the area and see great business  opportunities in the project," said Vice Chairman of the Chamber of  Commerce of North Sumatra, Jonner Napitupulu, in Medan on Monday.
In  a project that is one of the Masterplan Economic Development  Acceleration and Expansion of Indonesia (MP3EI) in North Sumatra, the  Chamber will work with other private companies.
Integrated  economic development in Deli Serdang planned around 2,000 hectares of  it to make economic growth more rapidly than North Sumatra today is  high, or 6.76 percent of the "year of year".
In  addition to integrated economic development projects in Deli Serdang,  Chamber of Commerce plans to participate in several other projects  hydroelectric minihydro in some areas, the project water supply and gas  supply.
"Private  is still a powerhouse economic development in North Sumatra and the  Chamber of Commerce will further enhance its role," he said.
Head  of Regional Development Planning Board of North Sumatra, Riadil End  Lubis, in the event Realestate Indonesia (REI) of North Sumatra,  recently, to admit, North Sumatra Provincial Government is planning the  establishment of the integrated area to facilitate movement of economic  growth, social and cultural area.
Integrated  area which is part of the development program Medan, Binjai, Deli  Serdang and Karo (Mebidangro) was didirencanakan be completed gradually  starting in 2013 until 2027.
"The  region's integrated include KEK (special economic zone) Percut, In Deli  Serdang area of 3000 hectares is also part of the New City Program of  the Ministry of Housing," he said.
For  the purposes of the region, he said, the government plans to ask former  right to cultivate land (HGU) PT.Perkebunan archipelago.
According  to him, North Sumatra continue to build the various projects to enhance  regional economic growth in the year 2012 it is expected to be above  seven percent and continued to rise in subsequent years.
